Five units responded to a premises fire on Francis Street at 4.30am Sunday 10th July. A well developed fire had taken hold on the ground floor. Crews in breathing apparatus extinguished the fire and fans were used to ventilate the building Two people were treated for smoke inhalation in an adjoining property. Dublin Firefighters from Finglas and Phibsborough extinguished a shed on fire against a DIY superstore in Glasnevin Friday morning 17th June. Firefighters from County Carlow and County Kildare attended the scene of a fire at Oglesby & Butler on the O'Brien Road, County Carlow on Thursday 16th June. 7 fire appliances, 3 Water Tankers, 1 Hydraulic Platform, 45 Firefighters (Approx) from stations in Carlow, Bagenalstown, Tullow and Hacketstown, Co Carlow and from Athy, Co. County Kilkenny 4th June 2022


Waterford Fire Crews responded to a vehicle fire Saturday 4th June at 17:00 near Mullinavat, south Kilkenny. The vehicle was towing a horsebox with two horses on board at the time. A multi agency response Tuesday evening 26th April after reports of people stranded by an incoming tide in Sandymount, Dublin. Water rescue trained firefighters deployed a rescue sled to the scene. Four adults and a child were rescued from a top floor apartment by Firefighters using a Turntable Ladder Sunday night 19th December. Scene of an Aircraft incident Thursday morning 11th November involving the Air Hamburg Embraer D-ANXA. The crew reported smoke in the cabin during take off and aborted the take off.
